Can the SnowClear System™ be installed under any kind of pavement?

The SnowClear System™ works with any type of paving: concrete, asphalt, pavers, etc.

Is there any kind of warranty and how long?

Every SnowClear™ System comes with a 10 year warranty against defects in parts and labor.

How do I control it? Is it self automated or am I required to turn it on or off?

The energy management system has both automatic and manual modes. In automatic mode, when snow starts to fall, the aerial sensor alerts the control box and the system begins working. The system turns itself off once the pavement is completely clean and dry. In manual mode, the system owner controls whether the system is off or on.

Is there any kind of maintenance that needs to be done?

The SnowClear™ System requires no maintenance once the system is installed.
